Outdoor Pool & Hot Tub
The pool features a gazebo with a sectional and fan to cool off, or you can lounge in the sun on the perfect lounge chairs. The saltwater pool is heated and has a slide that is perfect for family fun. The pool is open from the second weekend in May to the end of September - confirm with us prior to reserving. On the rear deck, you'll discover a screened sunroom, gas grill, and a hot tub/jacuzzi that is open ALL YEAR LONG!
House & Entertainment
Inside the home, just steps away from the pool, is a central air-conditioned space with plenty of room for your getaway. Upon entering, you'll find a set of couches, a ping pong table, a smart TV, and board games. The lower level also has a half bathroom.
As you head upstairs, you'll enter the chalet living room that boasts a 65" smart TV and an electronically controlled fireplace ready for use. Adjacent to the living room is a second living room with two additional couches and a chaise. In between the living rooms, there's a porch that overlooks the pool, large driveway, and impeccable landscaping.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is equipped with a 6-burner stove, fridge and freezer, wet bar, large dining room table, and island to make everything convenient for entertaining. You'll find cups, bowls, plates, silverware, a coffee machine, toaster, and microwave.
Bedrooms & Loft
The bedrooms are spacious, including the largest of the three, which features a smart TV and three queen beds. The second room has a king bed, while the third room has a queen bed. The full bathroom is very spacious and includes a jacuzzi and stand-up shower. The loft upstairs has a queen bed and a full bathroom (with a tub) and overlooks the pool and front porch through chalet windows.
Arcade
At the rear of the house, you'll find a detached, spacious heated garage with arcade games, including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Marvel, Street Fighter, Terminator 2, Time Crisis 3, Time Crisis 4, two Cruisin' USAs, two slot machines, ping pong, a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, a poker table, air hockey, a golf game, Jenga, Connect 4, a Ride-on Kids Motorcycle, a smart TV, and a couch to lounge in. It's perfect for rainy days, hanging out at night, and entertaining kids! All the games are set to free play and available as part of your stay.

- Guests are eligible for a full refund of their deposit if they cancel at least 30 days prior to check-in.
- If a cancellation is made between 14 and 30 days before check-in, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.
Payment Policy
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The final payment is due 14 days prior to check-in. Failure to make the payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation.
