The lower level includes a versatile bedroom with three queen beds and a desk, ideal for group stays, and another cozy queen bedroom with a closet.

- If a cancellation is made between 14 and 30 days before check-in, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.
Payment Policy
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The final payment is due 14 days prior to check-in. Failure to make the payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation.
